We have made it as simple as possible for you to make a booking. Follow this link or visit our ‘Book Now’ page, fill out your details and the treatment you would like to book and we will be in contact with you promptly to confirm.
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice for amendments or cancellations to help us reschedule appointments. Full charges will apply for late cancellations.
A deposit is required for all bookings.
For the full spa experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
To ensure that Goldust remains a peaceful environment for all, we ask that you do NOT use any electronic devices during your visit.
We provide all guests with bags to put in their personal belongings, and they will remain with you throughout your treatment.
We will do our best to reunite you with your belongings; however, we remind you that we are not responsible for any misplaced items
